MDX is extremely excited to announce that all MDX youth and high school teams will be training with Healthy Baller this upcoming fall season! Healthy Baller is highly regarded, both locally and nationally, for their expertise in Strength and Conditioning. Healthy Baller is "committed to making training fun," and they "focus on improving athletic skills through programs that educate and support players, coaches and parents, helping them understand what it means to truly be a “Healthy Baller”." They have trained athletes and teams at the high school, collegiate, and professional level.
All MDX High School teams will participate in a ten week program in which they work out weekly on Strength and Conditioning at the Healthy Baller Training Facility. MDX Youth Teams will participate in a ten week Speed and Agility program where Healthy Baller trainers will be coming to the Olney area to conduct training sessions.
