Try-Lax Clinic*

(New Players Age 6-14)

8U/10U

(Grades 2 - 4)

Who is it for?

Boys age 6-14 who want to try lacrosse for the first time

 

What is it?

a 90 minute, introductory lacrosse experience for kids who have never played before but think they might want to.

 

What does it cost?

$35 per participant. Includes a Stick, ball, and tee shirt to keep, as well as a Free 1 year US lacrosse membership.

Executive Director

 

Jeremy Mattoon has recently been named MDX Executive Director. Overseeing all MDX programs to guarantee continuity and quality control throughout MDX.

 

Coach Mattoon has been coaching lacrosse at every level for the past fifteen years. He has coached youth, high school varsity, collegiate, and international teams. He spent five years coaching at the collegiate level where he experienced tremendous success as a recruiter, motivator, and field general. Coach Mattoon has been awarded Coach of the Year honors four separate times; most recently, as the head coach at Hood College in 2011 where he was named the Capital Athletic Conference Coach of the Year and led his team to the conference playoffs for the first time in program history.
